Drone Buoy... A simple lightweight recovery device

In the event of a malfunction, failure or pilot error,  The Drone Buoy high visibility float will detach from the drone immediately on immersion in water and float to the surface showing the location of the drone.

It weighs 1.5g and  is suitable for drones up to 2Kg

The unit requires no power, no compressed gas or  gas producing bicarbonate powder mixtures.  The EPS float gives a consistent positive displacement through its working range. 

When flying over water there is always the risk of loss.  Drone Buoy is a low cost form of insurance, giving you  the reassurance of at least a recovery.
